Glass terrarium with wood base filled with layered pebbles, activated charcoal, soil, sand, and a variety of cacti.  Intended for indoor use only.

Bright light required - preferably up to 6 hours per day in a sunny southern or western facing window.  The included cactus varieties are selected specifically for their overal heartiness and drought tolerance, therefore this terrarium does NOT require frequent watering, only twice per month.  The soil in the terrarium should be allowed to fully dry out between waterings, especially since there is no drainage hole and excessive humidity can cause root rot of the plants.  For this reason there is a layer of activated charcoal (which neutralizes mold and bacteria in the soil) and pebbles at the base of the terrarium so that plant roots do not sit in water.
